Cool Touch came out the next day to look at our AC, they were honest about the problem and the cost of the repair. Very friendly staff who really just care for your comfort in your home.

Inspected unit, found the unit with faulty X13 motor. Checked warranty on unit and found it only had 5 year warranty on parts. Customer has a home warranty and will be looking into that. Thank you for choosing Cool Touch!
